"I blew below the legal limit"

Posted by Richard Lawson | Jun 25, 2010 | 0 Comments

A person can be arrested for DUI LESS SAFE even though their breath test result is less than .08.  The affect of a conviction or plea of guilty is the same as if the person had blown above .08.  DUI LESS SAFE means that as a result of the consumption of alcohol or drugs the driver is not as safe to drive as if they had not consumed alcohol or drugs.  The drug can even be a legally prescribed drug such as a pain killer.  Never assume that if you are charged with DUI LESS SAFE that this is a less serious crime.  Seek immediate legal help.
