People often are confused as to where they are going to court.  To explain, you were either arrested in unincorporated Cobb County or within a city.  If within the county, your case will start in the Cobb County State Court.  If within a city, your case will start in Marietta Municipal Court, Smyrna Municipal Court, or Kennesaw Municipal Court.  It is important to have an attorney that understands the local customs of the jurisdiction in which your case is pending.
